New Store FAQ

Welcome to our new store. We hope you enjoy it. We personally think it is a huge upgrade over our previous software.

We know this migration has you asking some questions so we will try to address some of them.

1. How do I log in?

For our existing customers, if this is the first time you have been to our new store, you will want to click on "Log In" at the top of right. Once there you will reset your password by clicking on "Forgot Password".

We also sent everyone an email with the subject of "Customer Account Activation". If you open that email, just follow the instructions to gain access to your account.

2. In looking over my account information, I notice that the orders listed have current dates and some totals are different?

When moving over the data, the orders were written into the new software between May 16-May 23. These are the old orders from the old system which you have placed over the years. They will show as being placed and fulfilled between these dates. The system also brought in only the value of the products without taking into account discounts, taxes, shipping, etc, so the totals may vary.

3. What new features does your new website have?

Well, this is one area where we are really proud.

If you look to the bottom left, you will notice a button that says "Rewards". That is where you can check on your balance, redeem, etc.

When you look to the bottom right, you will notice a cute hand waving. That is our chat support.

Navigating towards the top, the teal bar has a link that says wishlist. That is where you can see products you have added to the your must have list. From there you can add to your cart, view which items you have purchased, and even e-mail the list to your friends & family.

Moving on to the product pages. When you click on any product image. You will be presented with a beautiful page that has all the product info. From there you can add to your wishlist and if the product happens to be out of stock, you can sign up to receive a back in stock notification for when it comes back.
